Plain-language terms governing the use of peaklabs.me and the purchase of catalogue items. Last updated 26 May 2026.

1. Who We Are

Peak Labs (peaklabs.me) is a UAE-incorporated research-supply business. References to “we” or “us” mean Peak Labs; references to “you” mean the natural person placing an order or browsing the site.

2. Eligibility

You confirm that you are 21 years or older, a qualified researcher, and acting in a research capacity when you place an order. Orders placed in breach of this clause may be cancelled without refund.

3. Research Use Only

All products are sold for laboratory research use only, see the full Compliance page. By placing an order you agree not to use, re-sell, or relabel products in any way inconsistent with that scope.

4. Orders and Pricing

Prices on the catalogue are in UAE Dirham (AED) and include 5% VAT. Shipping is added at checkout. We may correct pricing errors at any time before dispatch. Order confirmation does not constitute acceptance until the order has shipped.

5. Payment

Payment is taken at order placement via our card payment processors or Cash on Delivery. We do not store card numbers on our infrastructure.

6. Shipping and Risk

Title and risk transfer on delivery to the address on the order. See the Shipping page for courier, packaging, and timing detail.

7. Returns and Refunds

For full details, see our Returns & Refunds policy. In summary: approved returns must be unopened, unused, in original packaging, and requested within 48 hours of delivery. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

8. Warranty

We warrant that catalogue compounds match their stated specification at the time of dispatch. We make no other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by UAE law, our aggregate liability under any order is capped at the price paid for the affected goods.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UAE courts.

11. Changes

We may update these terms periodically. The current version always lives at peaklabs.me/pages/terms with a last-updated date.
