Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Orders placed after business hours will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Timeframes
Delivery times vary based on your location and selected shipping method at checkout.
- Standard Shipping: Estimated 3–5 business days
- Express Shipping: Estimated 1–2 business days
Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
International Shipping
We may offer international shipping to select countries. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes, or regulatory requirements in their country.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information is accurate at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
