Frequently Asked Questions
Answers on third-party testing, cold-chain delivery across the UAE and GCC, product formats, and research-use-only status. For laboratory research use only.
What is a Certificate of Analysis (COA)?
A COA is the independent lab report for a batch. It documents the compound's identity, purity, and contaminant screening, tied to the lot number on the vial. It is the evidence behind a purity claim, not the claim itself.
Who tests Peak Labs research compounds?
Every batch is analysed by Janoshik Analytical, an independent third-party laboratory, by HPLC for purity and ICP-MS for a heavy-metals screen where it applies. Third-party testing removes the conflict of interest of a supplier grading its own product.
Where do I find the COA for a product?
On each product page, select Certificate of Analysis to view or download the report for that compound and batch. The method is explained on our Certificate of Analysis page.
What purity do you test to?
We publish the actual third-party HPLC purity report for each batch, so you read the real figure rather than a blanket claim. Reputable research-grade peptides are tested to 98% or higher.
Do you ship across the UAE and the GCC?
Yes. We store and dispatch cold-chain within the UAE and across the wider GCC, so material arrives in the condition it was tested in.
What is the difference between a vial and a research pen?
A vial is supplied lyophilised for you to store and reconstitute in the lab. A research pen is supplied already reconstituted and measured by click, for convenient, precise handling in research, with no mixing and no draw-up.
How should I store research peptides?
Lyophilised material keeps cold, dry, and dark, between 2 and 8 degrees Celsius short-term and colder for long-term. Reconstituted solutions are less stable and belong in the fridge. See our storage and handling guide for detail.
Are these products for human use?
No. All Peak Labs products are supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research. They are not medicines or supplements, are not for human or veterinary use, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition.
